Initial Enquiry
Complete our online Expression of Interest form. A dedicated account manager will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your operational capacity and strategic goals.
Application & Desktop Review
Submit your formal application alongside essential policies (Health & Safety, Malpractice, Equality) and staff CVs. Our quality team reviews these documents remotely.
Approval Visit
An External Quality Assurer (EQA) conducts a virtual or physical visit to verify your resources, interview key personnel, and confirm your readiness to deliver.
Final Approval & Onboarding
Upon successful EQA review, you receive formal Approved Centre Status. We provide system training so you can immediately begin registering learners.
